Our Booking Procedure
Please read this carefully |
- Fill in form on the next page and submit.
- The form will be automatically checked and you asked to re-submit with any necessary changes.
- When you have successfully re-submitted the form you will be taken to a page with the details in a printable version. Please print this and keep it safe.
- An e-mail will be sent to you immediately for your reference.
You should receive an automatic emaill from us as soon as you book - If you don't please, please check your spam folders (Both on your your computer & any yahoo, hotmail, webmail accounts etc), as the email has been caught by them.
If it’s still not there, contact us via this website.
This mail will give you a Reference No. and a link to our website for you to confirm your reservations with us in the two weeks before the event.

Important New Info
- You must confirm your reservations in the 14 Days before the festival.
- ALL CONFIRMATIONS MUST BE IN BY 4PM ON THE MONDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.
- If you do not confirm your reservations before 4pm on the Monday before the event, your tickets will be re-released to the website at 6pm for all those waiting for cancellations.
- If your party has reduced in number you can make the adjustment on the website form.
- We recommend you do not reserve for friends if they may let you down at the last moment. Just ask them to go to the website and reserve their own tickets.

We are sorry for making the booking process more complex and less flexible but we have to make these changes. Before this only 50% of reservations actually turned up to the event and most did not inform us of the changes before the event so we were not able to re-release the tickets. |
